Xflats for Billy | Trip Giveaway for donations to help fight Cancer

As some of you may know, the co-founder and fishing director of the Xflats, Chad Sperry’s two-year-old nephew William “Billy” has been diagnosed with hepatoblastoma, a rare pediatric cancer.

Between May and November of 2023, Billy underwent surgery to remove the grapefruit-sized tumor on his liver, as well as 12 rounds of chemotherapy.

It appeared Billy had won his battle. Unfortunately, the most recent scans after Christmas showed that the tumor had not only returned but regrown to its original size, along with additional nodules.

This fight continues to be tough, but Billy remains a strong, happy, silly two-year-old. Thank you so much to everyone for supporting Billy and our family.
