A big step was taken recently in fixing America's Everglades with the opening of the Stormwater Treatment Area (STA) part of the EAA Reservoir Project. It's a win for the Captains for clean water Crew and shows what can happen when everyone works together.

Unveiling the Stormwater Treatment Area (STA):

The STA is like a natural cleaner for water. It uses plants to filter out bad stuff before sending the water back to the Everglades. This helps keep the Everglades healthy.

Working Together for Success:

Lots of people and groups came together to make the STA happen. They all knew how important it was to fix the water quality issues.before it was past a point of no return, showing, that when we join forces, we can make big things happen.

A Sign of Progress and Persistence:

Completing the STA is a big win for Everglades restoration. It shows that hard work pays off, andit also reminds us that we need to keep pushing forward to protect the Everglades for years to come.
